I founded Eclipse Mental Wellness to provide psychiatric care that is thoughtful, evidence-informed, and grounded in real life.
I work primarily with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, mood symptoms, burnout, and trauma. Many people come to me after feeling rushed, dismissed, or unsure whether their treatment plan is actually addressing the right problem.
My approach is collaborative and practical. Medication can be a powerful tool, but it works best when it is part of a clear, individualized plan. I'll meet you with curiosity, careful assessment, and honest guidance as we work toward treatment that fits your goals, your values, and your life.

In-person appointments are held on Tuesdays in our office at 206 Raleigh Street in downtown Fuquay-Varina. Virtual visits are conducted through our patient portal.

Eclipse Mental Wellness is paneled with insurance through Headway, a third party billing and credentialing platform allowing us to be in network with many commercial insurance plans including:

- Carelon Behavioral Health
- Providence Health Plan
- BCBS of Massachusetts (virtual plan)
- Horizon BCBS of New Jersey (virtual plan)

**Headway participates with Anthem plans out of certain states only
We also accept self-pay patients, and are able to provide a superbill to patients who are out-of-network and would like to submit this to their insurance plan.

We see adults and teens ages 14+.
Do you offer in-person visits?
Yes, we offer in-person appointments on Tuesdays at our office in downtown Fuquay-Varina, but we also provide virtual care for those who prefer.
Do I have to be in North Carolina to receive care?
Yes, appointments can only be conducted for patients who are currently in the state of NC at the time of their appointment.
Do you prescribe controlled medications?
We prescribe these medications at the discretion of our providers if the medication is appropriate for the patient's symptoms and general health status.
Do you offer appointments after 5p?
Yes! We try to be as accessible to our patients as possible so we offer appointments as late as 630p, as well as during "lunch hour".
Do you offer therapy?
Eclipse Mental Wellness primarily provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management. When appropriate visits may include brief therapy-informed support. I do not provide standalone weekly psychotherapy, but I am happy to collaborate with your therapist as part of your overall care.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first appointment is a comprehensive evaluation lasting about 60 minutes. We'll review your symptoms, mental health history, and goals for treatment. If medication is appropriate, a prescription can be sent to your pharmacy the same day. Follow-up appointments are typically 20–30 minutes.
What insurance plans do you accept?

Practice Policies
We believe in transparency. Here are a few things to keep in mind as we work together.
Appointments & Cancellations
We understand life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice.
A $75 fee applies for no-shows or late cancellations (out-of-pocket, not covered by insurance). Excessive missed appointments may result in discharge from the practice.
Medication Refills
Refills are primarily handled during scheduled follow-up appointments. If you need a refill outside of a visit, please provide at least 72 hours notice.
Any medication changes (adding, stopping, or adjusting) require a scheduled appointment to ensure safe, personalized care.
Controlled Substances
A diagnostic evaluation or prior record review is required before prescribing stimulant medications (e.g., Adderall, Vyvanse). Random urine drug screens and medical clearance may be requested.
Long-term benzodiazepines (Ativan, Xanax, Valium) are not prescribed for chronic conditions. Short-term use is considered on a case-by-case basis.
Mutual Respect
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful environment for everyone. The therapeutic relationship is built on mutual trust and collaboration.
Our practice maintains a zero-tolerance policy for threats or verbal abuse toward staff. We expect the same care and respect we give to our patients.
