ADHD evaluation and Treatment
​
We offer an in-depth non-computerized evaluation of both your history and background, as well as current symptom presentation to ensure correct diagnosis, as well as an individualized plan of care and continued medication management.

Psychiatric Evaluation and Treatment
​
Comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, and continued medication management for conditions related to stress, mood, focus, motivation, trauma, and sleep.

I founded Eclipse Mental Wellness with one goal: to provide psychiatric care that is inclusive, affirming, and grounded in real life.

I work primarily with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, mood shifts, burnout, and trauma — especially those who’ve felt dismissed or misunderstood in more traditional healthcare spaces.

My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and rooted in autonomy. I believe medication can be a powerful tool — but it’s never the only one. I’ll meet you with curiosity, not judgment, and help you create a plan that feels aligned with your goals, your values, and your life.

How it Works/What to Expect

Meet
Once scheduled, we can meet in-person at our Fuquay office, or virtually over a secure zoom chat.

Plan
After our initial evaluation we will work together to form an individualized treatment plan that meets your goals for care
Rates and Insurance
Insurance paneling and Billing are done through Headway, a third-party company. We participate with the following plans under their network

**Headway participates with Anthem plans out of certain states only
We accept self-pay patients, and are able to provide a superbill to patients who are out-of-network

Initial Visit: $200
Follow-up Visits: $150

Unfortunately at this time we do not participate with Medicare, Medicaid, Medcost, Contigo, or Tricare

What ages do you treat?
At this time we treat ages 14 and up
Do you offer in-person?
Yes, we offer in-person appointments at our office in Fuquay Varina
Do I have to live in North Carolina?
Yes, at this time we are only able to accept patients who reside in North Carolina.
Do you prescribe controlled medications?
We prescribe these medications at the discretion of our providers if this medication is appropriate for patient's symptoms and general health status.
Can I be seen after work/school?
Yes! We offer many options for busy individuals and families including "lunch hour", and after 5p
Do you offer therapy?
Because of our holistic philosophy towards mental health we utilize many therapy techniques and skills building in our sessions, however these are in conjunction with medication management appointment as opposed to traditional full-length therapy sessions
